This is (as far as I could determine) the only adapter that will allow you to keep the factory Toyota ( proprietary ) satellite antenna and add a new xm tuner. The price is a little ridiculous, but I guess they know they are the only game in town. Replacement Radios has the same price as everybody else, but I felt like their shipping and customer service was a notch above the others.
