This auxiliary input was very easy to install. I've always used a hard-wire auxiliary input where the radio has an "aux" button and this was the first aux input that I've used that transmits the signal through the antenna/radio-station type input. i should say this is also a hard-wire installation. The sound quality is very good. I've spent $100s for the "aux-button" type inputs and this is a very inexpensive alternative. I definitively would buy again/recommend this type of auxiliary input.
