I was hesitant in purchasing this as it is substantially cheaper than other replacement radios, even other used radios I found online for my 04 Touareg. This radio shipped fast! I bought the VW radio removal tools from WalMart for about $10. It took me less than 5 minutes to install! Very satisfied with this purchase!
