This is a New Old Stock 6 disc CD drive for select 2000-2003 Ford/Lincoln/Mercury non-mp3 radios. It is manufactured by Pioneer. The original shipping bracket IS in place. (Even though it is not shown in the photo.) It may look similar to drives used in radios from other manufacturers but it is not the same. This is the Ford/Lincoln/Mercury version. It has a 6 month warranty.

Installation is relatively easy but, if you're not mechanically inclined, you shouldn't be buying it. Basically, you remove two screws from each side of the radio, rotate the drive up from the back, unplug two cables and repeat in reverse.

Returns are not accepted for any reason other than functional defect. Even then, your only option will be replacement with the EXACT same model. No refunds, exchanges, credits, upgrades, downgrades, etc. Make sure you check your radio to confirm it uses this drive BEFORE ordering. Yours must have the slots in the top for the shipping bracket and will usually have a CAUTION sticker on the top that tells you to Scrap if Dropped.
