If you've got a 2004 or newer GM vehicle with the am/fm/cd/mp3 radio similar to one pictured below and it has a bad CD drive, this is the repair service for you. We will repair or replace your existing single CD drive (typically within 3 business days) and return the radio to you. The repair carries a 6 month warranty.

Please purchase delivery confirmation if you use USPS. (Tracking is included with UPS and Fedex.) Our techs do not answer inquiries, so questions about receipt of your package or estimated completion date will NOT be answered. Your tracking number shows when we received the package. The repair turn-around time is indicated above. You will receive a tracking number when it ships back out. If there is a problem or unexpected delay, we will contact you. Calling or emailing us about progress only serves to slow down progress. We know it's tough to go without a radio for a week or more but please be patient. Factory service centers take 3+ weeks to perform repairs, so we're clearly exceeding the standard.
Use common sense!! Please do not send your package without the requested paperwork or, at the very least, a note that indicates your Order Number. Between inventory, repairs, and returns, we get hundreds of items every week. Packages that show up without any documentation WILL experience a significant delay in processing.
ADDITIONAL INFO
CD drives for non-MP3 radios are not covered under this repair. Those are in a separate listing. CD drives that play WMA format are not covered under this repair. We do not carry those drives.
This is only for the CD radios that look like the one pictured. They were offered from 2004 through 2007 in select GM SUVs and trucks. This repair is NOT for radios that have a WMA logo on the front of the radio.
Any other repairs which are required are not covered at this price. If you need an additional repair, please contact us for a repair estimate.
DISCLAIMER: Repair prices are based on the assumption that the radio is in it's native state. If it has been damaged by prior attempts to diagnose or repair a problem, additional parts may be required and, if so, additional costs will be incurred. Should we find this to be the case with your radio, we'll contact you BEFORE doing any additional work. However, should you elect not to have the additional work completed, there will be no refund for time and materials already put into the radio.
