These are new factory original Nissan navigation radios that are in the Nissan box. There are no knobs on this radio. We don't know why they are like this but that's exactly how they are when we pull them out of the box. We're not withholding anything.

The picture shows the optional iPod features. Please note that, while the radio does have iPod capability, you will not be able to utilize it unless you purchase an additional iPod harness. It is not available through us but it is still available through various online Nissan parts suppliers.

Returns are not accepted for this item for any reason other than functional defect. Even then, your ONLY option will be replacement with the exact same part number. There will be no exchanges, upgrades, downgrades, refunds, credits, etc. Purchasing it for a vehicle not on the Application List and finding it does not work for you does not qualify as a functional defect.
