SHIPPING:
At Replacement Radios, standard ground shipping to the continental US is included in our prices. (We can ship to AK, HI, PR and Canada but please email for shipping terms BEFORE paying.) Shipment is made from Illinois and usually takes between 2 and 5 business days to arrive anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. Upgrades are available. Please note that any fees associated with shipping services are non-refundable, should you need to return the product. All shipping fees we have incurred will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. It's not in the interest of either party to have a problem arise. Therefore, our radios undergo a series of tests to confirm functionality. However, if something does go wrong, you can rest a little easier knowing our units carry a warranty*. (Indicated in the details for each radio.) Why settle for a radio with a non-DOA warranty (or no warranty at all) when you can get a REAL warranty from Replacement Radios?
Please note the following warranty/refund terms:
- Any signs of tampering, modifications or damage to your return will void the warranty. This includes broken or removed warranty seals, so if there's a problem with one of our products, please do NOT try to diagnose or repair it yourself.
- The warranty is void if the radio is returned with an electrical problem. (No power, improper power-up, no audio, etc.) Neither the radio nor the internal amplifier can short out in shipping since there is no power supply. There can only be a short when power is supplied to an incorrect wire. Consequently, use great care during the installation and test all connections, especially if the factory wiring has been modified. (Make sure to consult a wiring diagram if your plug has been cut off. Never assume the wires have the same function just because the color appears the same or similiar, as automakers do not always use the same colors from harness to harness.)
- If you make a warranty claim and refuse a repaired/replacement unit OR you return a product that doesn't have a functional problem, we will withhold 20% or $15 (whichever is the greater amount) from your credit/refund. This is assuming the item arrives back here in the same condition it left in. Mistreated items are subject to a higher withholding percentage. This includes items that were new when purchased but can no longer be sold as new due to wear, damage, missing or unuseable packaging materials, etc. In addition, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping fees we have incurred. We also reserve the right to refuse a return for non-warranty reasons (say, you no longer need it), as some items are very susceptible to shipping damage and we don't want to risk getting an item back that no longer works because it wasn't packaged right or had a rough trip.
- If you cancel a phone order after payment but before shipping, we will withhold 5% from your refund to cover the transaction fees. (Our card processor for phone orders charges approximately 2.5% for every transaction, including refunds.)
- We do not reimburse for programming, installation or removal fees. Our invoices include links to a couple websites that have vehicle-specific installation instructions for many automobilies. We assume our customers are doing the install themselves. If you choose to pay someone to do it for you, that is your decision and must be made with the understanding that you will not be reimbursed for the installation/removal and/or programming if a problem develops with the radio and you need to send it back.
- All returns do require prior written authorization via email and a copy of our return email must be included with the return, as well as a copy of the invoice.
- Our warranties are non-transferrable. They are no longer valid once ownership of the radio and/or vehicle has changed.
