This is a LCD display from a factory original GM gauge cluster. It is in new condition because it came from an assembly line leftover cluster. As you probably know, GM clusters have a reputation for being problematic. In fact, GM even extended the warranty on some of them. If you're looking at this ad, you're evidently out of warranty and you know how much GM wants for one. ($400+) Yes, they're crazy!

You will not need to have it programmed for your vehicle. That is the advantage of buying just the screen. However, it may not solve your display problem, as there is a board that comes into play too. And VIN is stored on the board, so adding it will require programming. (In which case you should probably buy a complete cluster with the correct part number. We have a few listed here on the site.)

This is Innolux part number DJ080EA-07A and GM part number 84648532. It cannot be used to upgrade a 2" or 4" cluster. It is not a touch-screen, so it cannot be used for the radio/dash-stack display.

Returns are not accepted so please make sure you have done your homework prior to ordering. If you order it for something that does not normally take this part number and it does not work for you, that's not a functionality problem. It's a compatibility problem and is a result of buying it for the incorrect application OR there is a problem with the board in your cluster.
