These are assembly line left-overs. We have several of them and they are new. Minor blemishes from bumping a neighbor during storage or transport, if anything. They do not come in a fancy box.
Returns are not accepted for this item for any reason other than functional defect. Even then, your only option would be replacement with the exact same part number. No refunds, credits, exchanges, etc.
