DETAILS
PLEASE READ THIS PARAGRAPH: This is a parts listing, not a radio! Some
people buy from our parts listings thinking they're getting a radio, despite VERY clear titles, pictures, and ads. If you're reading this after-the-fact, please take accountability for your actions. This ad is very clear, if you actually read it. These are new buttons and knobs from new assembly line leftover cassette radios we simply had in too great of a quantity to sell them all as complete. They are in like-new condition, with very small blemishes from being moved around over the years, if anything at all. Radios with this same basic face were offered in most car
and mini-van applications. The major buttons and lens are mostly the
same as truck/SUV radios that look similar but the knobs (and buttons that go inside them) are definitely different. That's why our application list doesn't include them. Print on the buttons sometimes varies slightly from yours but
let's face it; that doesn't affect functionality. (Some other buttons say BAND CD AUX instead of TAPE AUX, for example.) And who knows what
your worn buttons used to say anyway?? Plus, this is a lot better value
than buying the buttons individually. (Although we sell them that way too, if
you just need a couple.) This is a listing for the buttons and knobs pictured only. These parts will not solve any functional problems. (Lights out, display out, buttons don't respond, etc.) They restore your radio cosmetically only. They came from a cassette radio, so the CD Eject button is not present. The print will also be different on some, compared to your current radio. We sell this same set, with the CD Eject button, in another listing. Search our store for GMCACDKB00UP.

This is not an exact replacement for any vehicles not listed. Please don't assume that, just because it looks like the truck/SUV
buttons, it's the same. Some of the parts may be the

* There was a change in the 2002 model year for vehicles marked with this symbol. Make sure your radio looks like the one pictured. The early models had a shorter (@ 3 1/2") radio. These are not compatible with those. Yours must be more like 4 1/4" tall.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Assembly is pretty easy. You will need a regular screwdriver to remove
the top and bottom plates, a 3/16 nut driver to remove the cassette
drive (if applicable) and a 1/8 nut driver to remove the display/control board from your
face. You will need to unplug all three connectors for the
face BEFORE removing the face and then let the radio sit for at least 30 minutes. Failure to do so will result in damage
to the board behind the face and/or an electrical short to your mainboard which could render your radio useless. One connector is under the top plate and two are under the bottom plate. Make sure to remove the top and bottom plates, then unplug the 3 connectors BEFORE attempting to remove the face!
