DETAILS
Does your radio appear to be working but have no sound? If so, it's probably not the radio. It's probably the amplifier. (GM calls it a booster.) Don't settle for a used take-out amp that may only last a few weeks. This is a BRAND NEW factory Delco Delphi BOSE amplifier that was offered in the vehicles listed below.
The part number for this amp is 23390917. It interchanges with 23106182 and 84502399 too. Make sure to match your part number to one of these. This is the EXACT SAME amp your local GM dealer would be happy to charge you $400 for and then laugh all the way to the bank...
It includes a 6 month warranty.
APPLICATIONS
- Chevrolet Impala: 2014-2019 (Except Impala Limited)
ADDITIONAL INFO
There are no returns for refund or credit accepted on amplifiers. Only exchanges for defectives (which shouldn't be an issue with a new part.) Please make sure this is your problem component before you order. Please also make sure this is your exact part number before ordering. If it isn't but you suspect it is still the same, make sure to confirm this with your GM dealer because we don't accept returns for refund or credit. We only issue defective exchanges for the exact same part number. Failing to confirm your part number before ordering and finding yours is different is not the same as having a defective part.
This is purchased in error all the time. We have payment acceptance fees that are not refunded to us under any circumstances. As a result, we will withhold all payment acceptance fees from your refund should you/we find the order needs cancelled before shipment. There were at least three versions of Bose amplifiers for the vehicles listed and they all look identical (except for the part number on the sticker), but they are NOT interchangeable. It is NOT hard to confirm this is the part number you need. It is literally printed on the part number sticker on your amp. If you no longer have the original amp (or don't want to remove it), you can call a GM dealer's parts department to have them look up the part number using your VIN... Regardless of which method you choose, you should absolutely be checking part number BEFORE you purchase. Because returns are not accepted and, again, all payment processing fees will be withheld from refunds for orders cancelled prior to shipment.
Your VIN will be required prior to shipment. Failure to provide it implies you want to cancel. Cancellation results in the payment acceptance fees being withheld from your refund, as indicated in the previous paragraph.
